Our website has all the information one should need, however we are always available for any help, should any customer feel the need to contact us for any reason.
If you are unable to find a suitable date within Umrah packages, just go to create your own package and select from hundreds of direct and indirect flights. We have access to loads more systems and flights for you so if you cannot find a suitable flight just give us a call and we will be happy to arrange this for you.
We acknowledge that sharing your room with strangers is not for everyone, therefore if you are travelling with your family or simply do not prefer a shared accommodation, our “Create your own package” section is perfect for you. Here, you can choose the hotel of your preference, flights and create your own package.
We have a wide range of flights and airlines on our database and if you feel our flight prices shown are higher than others we request you to give us a call before going elsewhere.
There are two ways of paying for your Umrah. You can do this via self-service on our website or speak to one of our colleagues who can arrange the payments over the phone.
It is entirely up to you to decide how much and when you pay for your trip after making the initial payment at the time of booking Although please ensure you clear any outstanding balance at least 30 days before your departure date otherwise your trip will be at a risk of cancellation.
Please give us a call if you are having issues making a down payment or paying the outstanding balance on your account. Our colleagues can arrange this over the phone.
Yes, you may be able to change the dates of your Umrah if you do this well in advance. Our agents will let you know if there are any charges for doing this.
It depends on the type of package you have chosen and therefore the availability. If you have created your own package, we will try our best to accommodate your request and add additional person(s).
Once your trip has been confirmed, we will guide you every step of the way to ensure you are well prepared and make the most of your Umrah trip. Your account will have all the necessary information you need to know including dates and days till departure, how to perform Umrah guide, general guidance and contact details. Our support team will stay in touch throughout to ensure you are kept up to speed and have answers to all of your questions.
Yes, if an unforeseen situation occurs, you should be able to cancel your trip. However there will be some expenditures applicable for cancellation depending on the period of notice. Our support team will be able to provide all these details.
Simply log in to your account using your email address and password and follow the online instructions to make the payment. Our support team are also on hand should you require any assistance.
Your flight tickets along with confirmation of your accommodation and ATOL certificate will be available for you to download from your account as soon as the trip has been confirmed. These details can also be sent electronically to personal emails.
As well as providing you with a guidance document with general advice and step to step guide of performing Umrah, we will provide you the contact details of our representatives in Jeddah. Our representatives will be available for any further support or emergency situations.
We will ask you to send us your passport and any other supporting documents 40 days before your departure date. You can courier your passports to us or hand deliver it to our office. We will get the visa stamped on your passport and send it back to you.
Note: Visa will not be processed for until the full balance has been paid. Customers are advised to send the secure prepaid envelops for Experience Umrah to return passports.
